My name is Paul. I’m a fitness enthusiast and have an unending passion for what I do. My many years of schooling has brought me to where I am now, and I couldn’t be happier. My choice of lifestyle has improved everything in my life and helped me become healthier than I have ever been to.
My training aims to be as versatile as possible while challenging the usual workouts done. I am trained to conquer many physical challenges and cross-trained in a variety of exercise types. Everybody can have success with Fitness, regardless of age or fitness level. It strengthens the core and conditions the body of even the laziest teenager
My method focuses on a few different areas. The diet is one of the most important. What you eat is Rigor Fitnesshe basis for your health and fitness. Conditioning and gymnastics are good ways to increase metabolic function and flexibility. Weightlifting and sports are as essential to my method as the diet.
Here at Rigor Fitness, my goal is to help you learn and fulfill every aspect of Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, and Strength Gain.
